Located east of Freeport, this large concrete slab bridge crosses Browns Mill Road.
Built in 1927, this bridge consists of five concrete slab spans, supported by concrete substructures. It appears that it was erected by company forces.
These types of bridge were commonly used to cross creeks and roads.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition. Some deterioration has begun to show up on the bridge.
The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
